Three Keys to Success from Ernst Gallo!
Just back from a wonderful wine tasting dinner put on by my good friend Dustin Mitzel at Happy Harry’s (a regional Bottle Shop here in the Red River Valley).
I had the opportunity to listen to his guest, Stephanie Gallo, Ernst’s Granddaughter and heir apparent to leading the Gallo Wineries. She gave a short but very powerful talk on the three keys to success from her grandpa.
- Never be afraid to fail
- Never settle for Mediocrity
- Always remember we’re Family!
